Farming areas

Guys

I've been running around looking for good places to farm. Which places/creatures are good to go farm? I know about the bosses in SF and Grenths but other than there I have no idea whether I'm gonna waste my time in an area.

Can anyone givve an indication as to where a person can go farm and what he is aiming to farm for, i.e. If I'm looking for black dye is there a specific place to go farm for it (where the likelyhood of getting one is higher)?

Dye is random ..

But if you want items you are better off going for endgame area's then starter area's

items can be good I just seem to have difficulty selling them, but they are better than nothing. I wan't some cash so whichever is going to give me the best option around increasing my cash

Ok maybe not but If you kill loads of things you will never be broke :)

I never bother to sell stuff. It just takes too long. I either give it away or sell it to the merchant or relevant trader. Except if something is worth like 20K+, one can make more from farming that trying to sell the item in question.
