"ArenaNet has kicked off its Guild Wars Factions (http://www.guildwars.com/events/pvpffaweekend/default.html) global pvp freeplay weekend where you can download and play the upcoming expansion (don't worry, you don't need Guild Wars, just the download). All you need to do is download the installer client doohicky (http://www.guildwars.com/downloads/GwSetup.zip) and then enter in the appropriate key when prompted:
American Players:

European Players:

So this is ONLY valid for this weekend and gives you a chance to try Guild Wars for FREE.
