Hello there War Geeks Clan!
I got to know about you guys from Tyrin and kindly request to join your magnificent alliance.
I am the leader of a newly formed SA guild with three very active members and lots more to join. I have lots of SA friends playing who's scattered around in other foreign :( guilds.
So if this message is addressed to Guild leader please send alliance invite, or forward message to guild leader.
I will carry invite cost.
My guild's name is Shosholoza Ngamandla.
With respect
Solveig Ikram
Any objections to inviting them into the alliance?

None here, but why all the 4-10 man guilds ?
isn't it simpler to join a big guild ?

I have updated our current alliance status on the Wiki:
http://wiki.wargeeks.org/The_Alliance_of_the_Guildies
We have space for 4 more guilds.

As i have Said on Previous occassions plz confirm with our alliance members before inviting a new guild to confirm. (especially if there might be tension between existing alliance guild and new recruit).
Maybe we can get some of the smaller guilds to merge.
The hall specification on the above link is incorrect, we are not in burning isles...

I suggest that the leaders of the 3 biggest Guilds in our alliance meet in our TS to discuss the way forward for this alliance namely Wrg, Borg & Boc.
Please PM me with details.

Hi its Solveig here. Regarding small guilds in alliance: It is always more fun being in a guild with friends. If and when alliance spots is filled up the smallest guilds should talk about merging.

i have no problem with them joining :)
however o do agree with goliath on the meeting. u guys should have a chat :p the small guilds in the alliance aren't a problem right now (and i don't have an issue with small guilds atm :p ), however, this allaince is growing fairly quicklyand we may run out of space sooner rather than later.
either way, yea, bring 'em :p

I had a chat with Goliath, and we both feel that 3 is really small for a guild in the alliance. Would you guys not rather please consider joining one of the three main guilds (Borg, BOC or WrG)? We have a number of friend groups in our guild and I am sure the other guilds have as well. It is nice to be in a good sized guild, since there are nearly always some others online. Three is a really low number to make a viable guild in my opinion.
Otherwise, if you guys reach 10 active members in the guild, we can certainly look at inviting you into the alliance, if you do not want to join one of us instead.

Np from BOC side. We only have 2 requirements, maturity and fun. I do
see the concern when it comes to actually number of alliences and the
members in a allience.

I think its all good, but as soon as we hit 9 allience members we are gonna have to get all the guilds together for a chat, on what to do about the smaller guilds, best case, would be to make the leaders of the smaller guild officers in the bigger guilds, if and when they join?

Scooby_Doo16 has got the right idea there :D
But it all still depends on the guild leaders of these "smaller" guilds.
They have to decide what is best for there guild and its members, and that goes for all the guilds in the alliance.:drunk:

Joining an already established guild is not viable at the moment. Previous guild had no PvP whatsoever and already established guilds only PvP in preformed teams. As all 3 current members would like to start PvPing as soon as possible without stepping on too many toes we would like to remain in our guild and take it from there.
Thanks for your time and interest.
Solveig.

well that should not be a problem :)
the War geeks are very intensly working on pvp atm. We are participating in the league atm, however, as soon as that is done we will be expanding to have successful teams in both gvg an HA. These teams will not be established and we will try and have as many players of each class as possible so we can gvg and HA 24/7 :p
at least that's my plan ;)

Solveig, I can understand your concern about getting into GvG in a guild that has an established GvG team. I am also sure you can understand our concern about an alliance of ten 3 member guilds as well.
I should mention that Borg was exactly three members short on their GvG team for the Agasa league match last week. I can obviously not speak for them, but if you want to get into GvG real quick, you might want to cast your eyes that way. And I am sure they will welcome experienced players to bolster their group.
WrG is also trying to get an HA group of the ground, so if that is what you want, maybe consider us. And as Pargon says, we want to expand our GvG group, but do not always have the bodies at the moment to do it. We have enough GvG players for 1.75 GvG groups, which is just below enough to have two full groups currently, which is kind of tricky.
