MS has published a free public beta of IE7. While I am a Firefox user (gonna test the new Seamonkey though), I pulled it just to take a look. If you're into webdesign, you should have it anyway, to see how your website looks on it.
I am kind of impressed though. While MS does nothingt more than rip off other people's features, at least they do it with style.
Here's the download (11 megs):

i stopped using Netscape 8.0 after seeing i couldnt sort out some of its irritating quirks and occasional 98% CPU usage on both work and home PC's.

Well, useless, Netscape is crap. Should have used Mozilla or Firefox from the beginning. All that Netscape does is screw up a good program again...

Err noo... Firefox isn't an engine.
Firefox uses the Gecko renderer.. it might be that Netscape uses that too.

Netscape is actually a modification of Mozilla. It uses the Gecko engine, as TG said. However, Netscape was always less stable and reliable than Mozilla.

Most of the time i just use MS, cant be bothered with the otheres, dont have time for their bugs, when i want a browser i want it on demand without fuss.
