1% Health Thing

Lotsa times, when playing as engineer i'd end up in situations where I really should have died, but I survive with 1% health.

And it's not like 2% health. It's a single line on the health meter.
One line, never 2 or 5, one.

The game seems slanted like that. It takes one helluva bang to almost kill something, and then a ping to kill it dead, whether it be a tank, jeep, plane whatever, the same rules apply.

Anybody else notice this ?
