Sf Unlocks???

Is it at all possible to get the special forces unlocks without having special forces. i heard that i get the scarl for free when i get to sergent and today i got to sergent and no scarl or any other sf unlocks for that matter i just get to choose between the old ulocks again:( can anyone shed some light on this matter for me coz im lost in the dark and i really want the sf unlocks especially the scar-l and the f2000:(

You need to have scored a couple of points in SF.
So - if you know anyone who has it, go to their place, retrieve your account and have a game of SF. Once you score a few points, complete the round, and logout. Login again and you should have the unlocks available.

so i just score a few points like how manny??? and then ill get all the unlocks???

Well, depending on how many unlocks you already have in vanilla Bf2 - that's how many you should get in SF. For eg, if you have 3 unlocks so far, you should get an extra 3 (as far as I remember).

well i have 2 unlocks used and one pending dunno what to get i have the g36c and the pkm i dont know why i got the pkm coz i never use it well u win some u use soome....what should i get i was thinking either medic unlock or the m95 or the dao12, well.... what server should i play on to get the points coz the sgs one doesnt seem to work, says it needs a password(i tried once with feral he has it on his lappie) and it never seems to have anyone on it anyway and all the others didnt work either it might be his install but i donr know nad even if it did work it would lag so badly i dont think i would even be able to get any points lol

mmmm... the only time i get to collect SF weapons is from plundering fallen enemies... some are quite nice i have to admit.

I got frustrated beacause i baught the game and theres never anyone on the server. So went onto the international servers. Lasted about 30 seconds, didnt get a kill but got artied and kicked off the server for high average ping. Cursed a few times at lame admins, lol, poor oaks. Took another sip of my beer and looged back into vanilla bf2, and whala, a whole armada of unlocks, the irony of it all is i really dont use then too much. COuple of em are good the rest, well its just another gun, it depends on the user not the gun.

hey thx but im 2500 points away from staff sergent :( hmmmm. but must i get the unlock before u play or after becasue i heard some stuff about u have to get the first orriginal unlock before u can get the sf upgrades sooo....

Yep. You unlock the first one, THEN the SF one.

You can't unlock the SF gun without having the prior unlock.

i luckily had the oportuninty to steal and use efectively the scar-l last night in the clannie

i was compleetly amazed at how nice it is to use well for me atleast and now i really want it BAD grrr... plz will some1 play for me????

Hi i managed to get darnit to play for me and i got my 3 new unlocks

I got the scar-l the g36e and the m95(i could have got the sf support instead of one of those, or the f2000 instead of 2 of those coz i dont have the g3)

But now what i was wondering is that when i get to staff sergent(i only need 1400 points or so)i know ill get one unlock but will i get the extra one from sf.

And if i wont get it can i get someone to play for me again and get the extra unlock or what???

Oh and what should i get when i get to staff sergent saying that i get 2 unlocks? i can still unlock the dao-12 which i think i should but im not sure, the g3 , f2000 if i get the g3 so thats both used, both engineer upgrades are unused, and i can get the sf support.

so what u guys think?

Well ... I just played the game the best I could and then they offered me unlocks and I took the ones I thought were cool.

For some reason I got 2 additional unlocks the other nights, so I took the PKM and jackhammer.

That PKM is cool! I used it in the league final last night. I was racking up some serious kills. MUCH more accurate than the standard heavy machine gun.

Yea I also got two mystery unlocks last night. Twas like appeasement of the masses by the EA monster. "Throw them some tidbits to keep 'em happy." Was the last of the unlocks for me though. I got ALL the toys now! HAHAHA
