I have such a huge fear of heights, i can't even stand on the edge of a building/ravine in a friggin GAME
I wish i could do one of these jobs though

:eek:...yip..i had the "hollow" feeling when checking those out...even when i played "Tomb Raider" the other day:o
We..(myself and veer) did the oribi gorge swing about two years ago...AWESOME feeling!! :punk:

I was the only guy in Benoni Fire Department who was scared of heights. Maybe that's why they kept me in the ambos and response cars.

LOL..sometimes when I fall off a cliff or something in a game it feels like I am really falling. Sometimes it takes me a while to recover too....just gotta love the realism in some games.

Ever winced when your guy gets hurt?

The Big Screen helps to add to the realism.
I rarely wince when i get hit, but i do put my fisted up hand in front of my mouth, with the valkoog up and letting out a painful, "OOOOOOOOOOOOH!" when i shoot/kick/hit someone in the face ingame.

Sometimes, i also get frightened when i drive to fast for too long on need for speed, and sometimes i'm also frightened of drowning and GASP with my character as soon as we reach the waters edge.

And this one time, at band camp...

No wincing but have had erotic thoughts about certain characters in games like NeverWinter Nights and Guildwars. Ooops.

Sometimes, i also get frightened when i drive to fast for too long on need for speed, and sometimes i'm also frightened of drowning and GASP with my character as soon as we reach the waters edge.

Driving so fast on Need for Speed, eventually gives me tunnel vision and is very mesmerising.

Going underwater with any character makes me anxious (especially with Lara Croft when she has to do those looooong swims coupled with a time limit). I tend to hold my breath too :p

I don't mind heights too much, just don't touch me while I am looking over the railing or down the side of the cliff.

The really funny thing is that I can do rock-climbing, walk on the roof, that type of thing but stairs and ladders give me the willies and the I don't know ver-ti-go in a baaaaaad way.

Maybe when they hanged me as a war criminal in a previous life?
