After watching an episode my wifes been nauseas for three days and I think my head is going to explode. I've only prevented it by going to www.badgerbadgerbadger.com for 3 hours of meditation therapy.

me trying to download at work but keep loosing connection

any one know a good download manager

and what can i use to open torrents(not sure how what they are but know how they work)

http://www.utorrent.com - brilliant torrent prog - only about 150k odd.

A torrent file is basically a pointer for the location to segments of your download on a type of peer to peer network. As you download segments, you make those segments available for others to download off you. If you try block those peeps, you won't be able to download anymore.

Torrent is quite handy in that there are usually enough peeps online to get a full copy of the file. The bad thing about it is that you can end up uploading the same amount as you download, if not more, which chews cap.

As for download managers - I use free download manager in conjunction with flashgot for firefox.

busy getting like gpot to check what is the problem with my windows media player it is like giving me an error downloading codecs and i can't watch the file but can hear it

should i maybe use another like player to watch .avi files

stain ... you need the latest divx drivers.
version 6.something will do.
Google for the official version ... when you install it, just don't install the player they come bundled with.

I know, I've been trying to get the frikkin' thing for most of the day. Only got 52% :(
