Hi there alll

Please i need some help i have gta installed on my pc but no longer have the disk (someone thought that it would be better off with them than with me)

but now my problem is i want to patch it coool so stoke go's off and find a cool patch for me, i try load it but then it tells me that the file i have is not the original and it cant like to work for me now

so is there anyone who has an original .exe file for me please ?

Try www.megagames.com... never had a problem with their nocd patches :)

@ FB ok you got me there i didn't buy it i got it as a gift bwhaaaa

@ SD16 had a look there but no original file

see i have the patch 1.01 and the nocd for it too but the exe i'm running is already nocd`d and thus the patch is not loading

oh wait now i seee what you mean SD16 the patch from megagames didn't give you any problems

only thing now is with the usa patch is that stoke could not find a nocd patch for the patch (starting to sound a bit like bf2 here :D)

where as the euro patch had a nocd patch too

i got the game so i can email or post the .exe file if u need it

in future rename the original .EXE file within the same folder in case a patch pitches up which will only work with untampered EXE's.

yeah things like backing up original file is all new to me and now hindsight but i will be endevouring to do so in the futher
