Got the game yesterday - played into the SP campaign. Very challenging and atmospheric. Will try the online part soon.

The beta was good ... but only mutliplayer. I am keen on trying the single player portion of it.

Based on rainy's recommendation I purchased the game. I hope to take the cling wrap off sometime. Had Bioshock for about 2 weeks and that is still wrapped :)

Not a bad game at all. Reminds me a little of Act of War, though.

The elementary difference is that there is no base building in WiC at all. The multiplayer part almost plays like BF2, just as a RTS...

Agreed, which makes a nice change. This has far more atmosphere than AoW. I like the idea of having to think a bit more than other RTSes require. Most importantly, I enjoy being able to destroy American buildings! War on American soil? Finally, the gaming gods are smiling....

Ok so finnished the missions too bad there is not like "random map" option for single player. we need some guys for a multiplayer game.

That last single player mission is a bummer, even on easy. Limited time and enemy reinforcements coming from all sides. Heavy tanks and constant tactical strikes were the only thing that got me through it.

yeah did it on medium took a couple trys. just need the heavy tanks and keep bombing them

Havent played the final game online yet, but I played a bit in the public beta.

I get my butt kicked pretty badly at the moment, but I think it'd be far better once I use the VOiP.
