Hi everyone! I really need some help here quite quickly.

My PC was damaged by lightning and I need to replace my motherboard. I am also getting a new CPU "Intel Core2Duo" I originally wanted to get the ASUS INTEL NVIDEA 650i LGA 775 board but now my supplier says he can't get this one at the moment. He can only get the ECS NF650iSLIT. Does anyone have info on the latter? I don't want to buy junk.

Please help!!

Sorry, I voted for the wrong one. Meant to vote for the ASUS. I would say you can pretty much flip a coin. The only reason I picked the ASUS is because I like fewer fans, since fans make noise and can break.

Yeah I got here a bit late ;)

I would personally go for the board that has an Intel chipset unless you wanna play with SLI then get an nforce chipset.

SLI is a "has been" in any case. I would not factor SLI into any choices you make in terms of motherboards.
