Problem what can i do???

i cannot access the members area anymore nore can i access the war room i think its got to do with changing my email because i changed it today and it sent me a verifacation mail and then it said to activate your account click on the URL so i did and then this msg came up.

This user's primary usergroup is also listed as a secondary group for this user. Please change the primary group or remove the secondary group.

There seems to be an issue with changing the email since a clan member's primary usergroup is not the default, and the default is a secondary. Werd.
