This is a thread for all of those mad about Stargate.

Now... what do you think of season 4 of atlantis? I am really enjoying it but I would like to see a little more Wraith on Replicator action. I wanna see their battles!

OMG! I LOOOOOOOVE Stargate! Best sci-fi series ever!

Atlantis is cool coz it puts a fresh spin on a series that was winding down, and the wraith are much awesomeness! But yeah, more action is required!

Oh, did anyone else notice that, besides the bad guys, the only major characters that have been killed off in both SG-1 and Atlantis have been the doctors?

I blame W1z4rd for getting me wired on stargate ! I watched 9 seasons within the space of a month. Yes, i had NOTHING else to do.

Flange, i nearly cried when carson died :( he was a cool oke. Aside from the 1st ep when he almost took out ONeil and Shepard in the chopper with the drone :D

I must say, a character i would've loved to see carry on further in the series is Jonas Quinn ... i really thought he was a cool oke!

I preferred SG1 to atlantis, but i'm glad they pulled Sam carter across. I'd just like to see Daniel come too - they can leave Vala at home.

Stargate is undoubtedly the best Scifi out there!

I must say, i rather enjoy McKay. And the laid back attitude of john sheppard reminds me of jack o'neill's way of doing things. I hope atlantis grows into a more involved story soon, instead of just having fillers

McGauyver left the SG1 team? damit! who's gonna block the acid tanks they come across now with chocolate they picked up along the way? I bet they will have left the chocolate right there where they saw it now he's not there any more. This is bad news. About what season is that? So I can stop watching before then?

yeah he started getting phased out during season 8 and after that only made guest apperances

season 1 of sg1 pretty much picks up from the end of the original movie. Best scifi ever imho.

My friend works in canada as a film editor, she was invited to SG1's season 8 wrap party.

She met Christopher Judge (Teal'c) and some okes.... oh and get this ... richard dean anderson asked to borrow her lighter.

Imagine that, Macgyver asking you to lend him a lighter... i wonder what tank he built out of it.

In the original, Jack Oneil is played by kurt russel, and Daniel is played by the guy from Boston legal, James Spader.
