Borrowing resources for village

I would like to establish my second village, but I am going to need to consume the following resources to do it:
Wood: 34740
Clay: 29655
Iron: 32065
Food: 21880

My current production rate is: 350|350|350|308

I was therefore wondering if I can borrow some resources? I shall take anything I can get. I shall pay 5% interest per day on anything I borrow. I should be able to pay back all loans within a week at most, but would hope to pay back most within 4 to 5 days. Anybody interested in helping please?

I am absolutely fabulously interested. Let me finish the Assembly level 9 and then you can have everything I make. But, how do I get it to you? I'm not allowed to give you resources over and over. So, I am thinking, as soon as I hit 1000 of anything, i'll send my peeps over, but that's going to happen before 48 hours is up ... um ... eeek.

I would prefer not to borrow more than say 300 per resource type from anybody. I do not want to affect your village economies too much. Maybe just send me some if you have a balance before you go to bed tonight.

Thanks for the help so far. Busy building level 8 residence. I got a bit of a fright when I got scanned during the night, since I currently need to stockpile more resources than my cranny can protect to cover the big building costs for each level of the residence. Fortunately I thing the scanner figured he will loose more in troop value than he will be able to carry away, since I have turtled up a bit at the moment.

Scanned = scouted. A player sent some scouts to look at my troop size and resources. If the player being scouted does not have scouts, he does not even know he is being scouted. I have two scouts so that I know I am being scouted, at least for smallish scout forces. Note, for a scouting sortie, one only sends scouts and no other troops on a normal attack. One can then pick to scout defenses or resources. For you, scouts are "Equites Legati".

Titan, if you have spare, please note I am currently paying interest on spare resources. See first post for details.

Must say, it was really scary to build the settlers. A raid while I had all three settlers in my village last night would have killed 70K worth of resources. :eek:

I sent my first settler along on a raid to a dead village 12 hours away to keep him safe. Both settlers also went on a raid while the third one was being built. It was only for about an hour that all three were at risk. :D

I wonder ... if you meet another attacking army at the destination at the same-time, are you at risk?

Then spend your resources or increase the size of your warehouse. :D Also, I think you had something like 12 hours advance warning before the resources arrived. Good idea to check your merchant once or twice a day to check resource movements.
