OK I'm obviously very slow, I can't find any of the servers above in the server listing in COD4, is there a way I can add the servers above to my favourites list outside of the game?

I could not find an-other way to add them. It only takes 4 minutes .. fasbyt and add them all.

Issue is ... they are not on the list when I refresh it, the lowest lag server I can see is 350ms, no filters in place so WTF???

They're probably limiting the number of servers returned by the search facility.
Just our luck, our servers are not in the top 5000 servers.

Usually, (with regard to the sgs servers) about half of them come up in the search. The only way to add them all is by going into your favourites list and top right you'll see the "New Favourites" tab. You have to add the ip's there manually. This is the reason why I've created this list here.

Apparently patch 1.5 will be addressing the issue of certain servers not showing up in the list, we'll have to see if this works :)

What is needed to update punkbuster?

Google for PBSETUP, and don't get the "free trial" one, get the real pbsetup.
It will update all your punkbusters on your PC at your direction.
