More of the same but that doesn't stop it being fun. I suppose that you need to know a bit about American history from around the time of the civil war and excuse a bit of license with respect to Aztec style buildings under Mount Rushmore.

The bad guys are bad but everyone makes friends in the end. And what the guy just didn't swim out the way he came in is beyond me - maybe I missed a rock fall.

And you'll leave wondering about page 47.

See it on a rainy day or wait for it to come on Mnet - good for the 2 hours but it isn't going to make you scratch your head.

Funny and entertaining. Didn't expect more for the money, was not disappointed. And yes, my first question when the titles started rolling was 'Now what is on page 47?'...

Can you recall more or less how far he was into the book to find out what he wanted. It seemed about halfway for stuff around 1865. And I'd think that it was past page 47, so it may make page 47 inbetween the war of independence and the civil wars - could be the war of 1812?

My Ameircan history isn't that great I am afraid

Did you see the 47 in the credits at the end of the movie?

I heard it wasn't so lekker for the aficionado, so i'll gladly wait for the DVD release - however, it's the second week that it's been running at the drive in. Nothing better this way comes.
