my character yells, in green, not squad talk, but ammo bag throwing, "wait a sec, i'm out of ammunition"

is that normal?

prolly when you're trying to throw a bag but you have no more 'in stock' if you know what I mean? When they're recharging?

Yep, that's it. Check your resupply bar (the one below your actual ammo bar). It's empty. I think you can only throw 4 bags at once before it has to replenish.

The irony is, you just have to pick up your own ammo again!
