Yup - that's more ore less what Sos said last time - one should happily be able to go to about 9 Gb without them getting upset .... :D

I'm with Mweb and lost my connection at the 3Gb mark a month or so ago. Haven't tried again, though.

I wish i had the stats of my usage, All i know is i got Season 1 + Season 2 of Battlestar Galactica in HD format this week, I belive the file sizes are 600Mb per episode.

Thats a total of 17 Files (Season 1) and 20 Files (Season 2)
Makes for 22.2GB downloaded, And i guess somewhere in the same regeon uploaded.

My IS has not said anything yet, I think they give you till 60Gb before they complain.

Man it rocks to not be a Telkom Subscriber !!!

Well, I never said i was in ZA, well, i am from ZA, bu ti prefer to live in the UK, where well jobs are plentyfull, and the woman warmer than the summer days(No matter how cold they are)

And Internet is almost what it is meant to be.

But that said, I heard some rumors about Telskum getting a new partner, some data by pidgeon(sp) thing, But I dont have details, Supposedly it will increase the speeds by 400% or something, Also the price will drop by 300% to be only 900% higher than the average in the rest of the world, Any truth to these ?

Gotcha. I am from Germany myself, and a bit spoiled in terms of ADSL access. Before I left there I had a 1mbit ADSL with unlimited bandwidth. Nowadays 3Mbit is becoming entry-level, you can get up to 20+Mbit there, still no caps.
