Interesting. Edward Norton ROCKS!

Having taken a brief look at the trailer, I'm really puzzled as to why they would make another one? This is definitely not a sequel. It looks like a complete remake.
Doesn't make any sense.

yeh ... i was wondering why prince Hector of Troy is no longer the hulk

Not exactly sure if Ed is the man for the job though. i'm more anxious to see Man-van-staal with Robert Drowning Jr.

Interesting...according to wikipedia:

After the 2003 film Hulk, Marvel Studios reacquired the rights to the character, and writer Zak Penn began work on a loose sequel that would be closer to the comics and the television series. Norton rewrote the script after he signed on to star, severing ties to its predecessor by retelling the origin story in flashbacks and revelations. Filming took place primarily in Toronto, Canada in 2007, and the film's crew went to great lengths to reduce the production's carbon emissions. Letterier's direction aimed to make the monsters look more realistic and frightening. He redesigned Blonsky, who in the comics is a reptilian KGB agent, into a mutant soldier.

The first one was bad, really bad.

You actually wonder why the Hulk doesn't become a snivelly little wimp - I mean where does the anger come from? It actually left a bad taste in the mouth and the kids didn't enjoy it one bit. Maybe you could argue that it had adult themes but comic books are targetted at teens and up - so why exclude most of your market in that movie.

And was it ever slow in parts?

A remake can only be better.

This, I will most definitely watch. Everything Ed Norton touches turns to brilliant.

So yeah... saw the Hulk last night... he's pretty incredible. He can roar, he can jump, he can clap his hands, and stomp his feet, and he woos the ladies with his soft puppy eyes. He can even say three whole words, of which two should be pretty easy to guess (hint: it rhymes with "bulk mash" ;) ). Plus he's hella entertaining to watch and makes for a very entertaining protagonist, even when he's in his alter-ego form, who's more talky and less smashy, but still very cool.

So yeah, go see it. Even my girlfriend really enjoyed it.

I understand Robert Downy does a cameo, as Tony Stark? True?

Heehee, yeah luckily this time you don't have to sit through 5 minutes of credits to see their little hint about a future Avengers movie...

I quite enjoyed this film. The first one sucked so much, but this one was one of the better super-hero movies to come out this year, it's still no Iron-Man though.

It was awesome when Stark pitched up in the end!

Can't wait for this next set of super-hero movies, apparently a lot of crossovers are happening.

Okay - I am a bit behind the curve but I saw this last night.

The whole Stark Industries and Nick Fury thing is brought in during the opening credits.

(BTW I heard that Cap America makes an appearance in the version shown in the USA after the 8 minutes of credits)

The in-jokes were quite cool - Stan Lee's (Stanley's) Pizza and Lou Feregnio as 'da man'.

I thought it was good except for the wombat they had as the baddie. A Russian born, SAS trained US Army captain? With a poxy beard? Come on.

And I spent most of the movie waiting for William Hurt's 'tache to fall off.

Liv Tyler is still lovely although a bit past her sell by date. I suppose that we're not going to get back to the days of McCool's or Jersey Girl then.

And you can take the kids to this one.

Liv Tyler was awesome as Arwen in Lotr as well as the girl who scored Rex Manning in Empire records.

I'm keen to see this movie still!

She was still a baby in Empire Records. She didn't look bad in LotR but Arwen became a little too whiney.

Crossovers meheheh. Is there a count of the total number of Superheroes? Say, just counting the Marvel heroes. I'd like to see a multi crossover. just for kicks... reckon it would be quite boring.

I'm sure in the Marvel world there wouldn't be enough disasters and crimes to go around. It'd probably be like an episode of Seinfeld were they sit around and talk about nothing.

The new Hulk was a way better adaptation of the comic and series and was done very well! I liked how they Iron man in on the end which makes me think they are planning something big like the Avengers or something, just think....Hulk, Iron Man, X-Men, Spiderman and Fantastic Four, provably even Doctor Strange also in one movie....awesome!
