This British series is a little different to what you'd normally expect. It's laid out like an off beat documentary of Britain for foreigners, going from off beat character to even more off beat character, with a decidedly odd narration, that if you pay attention, could end up leaving you extremely puzzled.

About 90% of the characters are played by the same two guys, who are VERY good. The humour is extremely off beat, and makes fun (actually, I think "bludgeons with a brick" is more accurate) of various ethnicities, life styles, stereotypes and the like. There are a couple of full frontals thrown in for a good shock (and no, nothing that would make you go "hmmm", rather, "ERK!"), so I wouldn't recommend this if you are a sensitive viewer.

I initially started watching this, and didn't think I would get very far, but I couldn't help myself. It's like driving past a car accident, you just HAVE to see if you can see a body somewhere. By season 2 (being a British series, there are only around 6 eps a season) I was hooked.

the best skits by far is that lil shop where the guy has these impossible items that he is looking for

like a painting of a 'sad' horse...

Ah yeah, thanks. I *thought* there was a thread. I searched the Series forum, thinking it was here, but I didn't find it. :p
I'll move it into the correct place.
