Rock Band 2 Announced, timed 360 exclusive

So who reckons we get RB2 before we get RB1? :confused:

On the upside, All RB1 content will be forward compatible with RB2, which is awesome.

Yeah, seems like Rock Band in SA is financialy not viable so how will RB2 be cheaper? Native instruments? :p

Interesting. All these rythym games come out so close to each other. I am even hearing talk about Guitar Hero 4 already.

I couple of mates have got their copies of Rock Band arriving shortly, so if i am any good at all at any of the disciplines (highly unlikely) then I will make a decent effort to get Rock Band 2.

I am keen on buying RB2, i just thing it's really expensive. Shockingly so, actually.
thankfully i don't have kids to destroy my toys, i can dot that all by myself.

What's interesting is that the "pretender" GHWT at this point looks like it could best RB. The drum kit looks superior and the recording studio functionality has me seriously considering it as an optional rhythm section for some home recording.
