If you're sensitive to foul language, give this one a miss as it is chock full of it. (126 instances of the F word and derivatives in the 108 mins of film)

The film is a very dark comedy. After a botched job, a hitman, Ray (Colin Farrel), and his mentor, Ken (Brendan Gleeson), are sent on holiday to Bruges in Belgium. It's a rustic tourist spot, and Ray is definitely not enamoured with the place.

I enjoyed the movie. It's definitely different from the normal crud that flows across the screen.

An interesting... quirk... is that three of the actors, Brendan Gleeson, Ralph Fiennes and Clémence Poésy were in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. Interestingly, Ralph Fiennes played Harry Potter's arch-nemesis Voldemort in that movie, and in this one his character name is 'Harry'.
