View Full Version : A tale of retribution

SpankMe was plodding merrily along the cobbled road on the way to Darkshire, just East of the road that heads to Ganklethorn Vale, when she was unceremoniously ganked by a ??? horde rogue. Before retrieving her body, I quickly logged my ever-so-soft priest, FlatspinZA, and gryphoned him to the conflict zone. Seeing no sign of the culprit, I relogged SpankMe, leaving FlatspinZA in the Blacksmith, retrieved SpankMe's body, and proceeded to Darkshire.
As SpankMe was accepting a quest in the City Hall, she felt the fatal blows piercing her armour, leading once more to a trip to the graveyard. Enter FlatspinZA, full of fury and hell-bent on retribution for the mindless slaying of his companion of the light.
FlatspinZA headed North along the road that leads to Redridge, having added the vuil-uil scumbag to his KOS, only to be accosted by not one, but three rogues: Seadlydin (52 Undead), Worthy (70 Blood Elf Rogue), and Zeath (70 Undead Rogue). He was overwhelmed by the numbers and joined Spankme in the graveyard.
On the trip back to his body, FlatspinZA scouted in his ghostly form. The rogues grew bolder, attacking the guards patrolling up and down this northerly stretch of road. FlatspinZA saw a tactic here - use the guards. He respawned, immediately dotted Worthy, bringing the wrath of the nefarious collection of rogues upon him. Fear, Dot, Fear, SHadow-Fiend (little bugger actually does a reasonable amount of damage), Worthy the rogue down. FlatspinZA spits on Worthy. :D FlatspinZA down :(
The rogues got clever, eliminating the guards before FlatspinZA's respawn. FlatspinZA down, Worth spits on FlatspinZA. Zeath licks FlatspinZA  The rogues grew ever bolder, venturing closer to the boundaries of Darkshire, and more patrols. FlatspinZA respawns in hiding, buffs up, comes out to meet his tormentors. Dot, dot, dot, fear, Mindblast, dot, dot, dot, fear, Mindblast, Shadow-Word: Death FTW. FlatspinZA had them all down - all three of them. They attacked him in unison on respawn. Fear - dot, dot, dot, patrols pounding away, die, die, die.
Ganking time :) FlatspinZA didn't give them a chance to get their health back up again. Seadlydin left his body exactly where it had fallen - it was still there two hours later when Spankme came past to hand in a quest.
The moral of the story: Don't underestimate the clothie.

I was actually ganked by Seadlydin and Worthy yesterday - one is a 52 and the other freak has an imba score of 84. That's why he roams duskwood, to gank lowbies. What a dog!

I would like to ask our Horde [-]friends[/-] connections to tell use where these indivuals are and then visit them more regularly :D I dislike these idiots that hang around the lowbe areas just to gank.
We have a few names ...
Archnazg
Moddb
Seadlydin
Thetiis
It will be fun to show up and gank them everytime they think of doing a silly stunt in Redridge, Southshore or STV

Thetiis ganked me previously at the Throne during my dailies. He then corpse camped & along came Sunncash, Dagun, Helliaron & Carrion (if I recall correctly), and handed him his ass without even being aware of his prior deeds. It was so cool - he thought he was going to dish some poonage & they swatted him like a fly. I don't think it even crossed their minds to gloat over it - it was just so frikin' casual. Thetiis is an insane nutter.
Seadlydin, Worthy, and a 37 Rogue, Deadlysin, were at Darkshire ganking again yesterday. They had pooned a 70 Mage who was trying to level her herbalism skills. She enlisted my aid, and we soon had them scrurrying for the hills. Worthy ran like the cowardly curr he is. A 70 rogue actually RUNNING away from a priest  I scouted the hills and pooned them where I found them, while the Mage guarded the roads. Worthy is obviously a gormless twit that doesn't realize that a whole new game starts at 70, and is now running training camps, for his even more gormless band of followers, in Darkshire.
Clouds ganked SpankMe in Wetlands. What are the odds that Carrionza should find the bringer of my misery in Ratchett at the start of our raid on Saturday night? I mean, what are the odds???? Same day. Thanks Carrionza.

It seems Carionza has a hax to tell him exactly where all the buggers are, because he always seems to be at the right place at the right moment just when ur on ur knees asking the wow gods for some justice. The scourge of the horde! Oh Flatty, dont forget that nutter Castelyn and his friends the bullies who were also gankin in darkshire.

it's a question of odds, he ganks so many people, he was bound to stumble upon them sooner or later... luls!

There is a a Paladin that seems to take delight in running through SW at night with that speed boost thingy aura - Lighto. I made the fatal mistake of attacking him with no buffs, BOOM, flat Flatspinza.
He was there again last night. He spanked Spankme, so I logged Flatspinza. Now here is an interesting tactic - run into Stockades if you are low on health and fighting the masses of Alliance and guards, then hearth out. Clever bugger.

I take it that he "bubbled and hearthed"?? ... as a priest, yu can dispell that bubble, fear him and watch how the guards take him down :D
I got him the other night with Dagun. He ran into the AH, realised his error and tried to make it to Stockades but I kept on slowing and de-buffing him ...

The BH macro.... good going you stoute pally.
He must try that crap when i am outside the AH, i'll dispell that bubble so quickly and mindflay his ass to 50% movement speed - then we see if he can stay alive long enough to get to stockade.
punkass.

Erm....I guess I forgot to mention that this dude hits frikkin' hard, so in between healing up, bubbling, fearing, dispelling his bubble & dotting him & the mass of guards that was on him - he kinda managed to escape, into the instance of Stockades itself. Hearth out from inside the instance.
I am just a holy priest after all - no silence, vampiric embrace, nothing. My next strategy is to fear him, bubble & mana-drain the bugger.

A Paladin without Mana is erm .. like a Mage without Mana ... or a Warlock without mana ... or a Priest without mana ... :D
