Anyone interested in me setting up a TeamSpeak server for the guild ?

Is there any interest in me running a TS server for the guild. For obvious reasons the powers that be here will have full admin access.

We've already tried having a non-sa hosted TS server. It sucked. :(

As long as it is SA-hosted and has a reasonably good connection, it should work.

The problem with the previous TS server (hosted by me on a server in Germany) was not the lag but the packet loss.

Normal ports ect.

We've tested it and it works quite well - sounds good, and there doesn't appear to be (much) packet loss.

The codec we used has a bandwidth of 14.8kbit/s, which is not that much.

Ok,
you need teamspeak. TS Home page (http://www.goteamspeak.com/)

then you need to add a server connection to point to
IP address to be updated

select a name ect ect

hit connect

simple as that.
