You guys might not think this is so terrible, but in my industry, it's kind of a nightmare.

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2008/11/20/sarah-palin-holds-news-co_n_145375.html

This link host an article and interview with Sarah Paling (Video interview) about a quick recap of the economical and political situation.

She is AT that turkey farm on that day to do a ceremonial 'pardoning' for one of the turkeys, so that THAT one, poor turkey doesn't get killed for Thanksgiving.
Now, while the interview is going on, one of the farmers continues to slaughter turkeys in the background.

This, in my profession, is probably one of the stupidest things you can do - and you wonder why you are being portrayed in a bad light? because you DO NOT KNOW HOW TO WORK WITH MEDIA!!

a) Who is really listening to her versus watching the background?
b) What is the point of the entire exercise if your background is a contradiction
c) How much more powerful would her messages be with a tranquil background? She says herself she is going to get criticised for doing this, well here are my comments "Sarah Palin, you are a pretty, well spoken lady, but good grief woman, THINK!"

I believe she would've made a greater impact on the 2008 elections if she had been more media savvy.

EPIC PR fail.
