Yes the long awaited album is here and I picked up a copy today. Listening to it right now but my initial impressions are that I didnt waste my money.
Axl is the only remaining member of the original line up in this incarnation of Guns 'n Roses and the wild front man seems to have matured yet still retain that Axl thing that we all rocked our socks off to in the late 80's/early 90s.
The guitar work is pretty good as is the arrangement, composition and production. It should be as this album has been years in the making....

I am terrified of listening to this. Experience tells me that none of the greats can actually come back.
But ... methinks I'll give it a shot now, and if it sucks, it's all gonna be your fault 'skari.

I thought this album turned into a bad joke about two years ago. The fact that it got finally released doesn't make it much funnier. Well, at least it made it before Duke Nukem Forever... ;)
I've never been a big fan of G'nR, so I am going to give this one a skip.

yeah I did, quite a while ago.
I dig it... plenty :D
I think it's right up there with the other G'nR albums.
