What do I do to get the pre-order kit unlocks?

You enter /preorder on the chat line. That's it. They will be in your inventory afterwards.

Note: These unlocks are account-based, that means you can get them for every character on that account.

yip. just be sure to be in town when you type that line and voila, in your inventory they are. :)

I did it and did not seem to get anything new - what should I see?

within your inventory you should see TWO items, one for the Assassin and another for the Ritualist. Most probably a set of knives and a staff of sorts customized for your chars name.

You get them AUTO on new chars.
