Is it worth it though ?
I have never actually seen any improvement ever when upgrading drivers.
It's far simpler to just keep using the ones that the card came with until a game moans.
By that time you're usually already pricing a new card anyways.

I usually find it worthwhile to upgrade. There are usually major fixes in each release. You should read the release notes sometimes.
