This is pretty cool. It's a computational search engine. Very handy for researchers and the like.

It's a really cool search engine. Musta taken some very good coding to get it to work so well.
I tried the following query which makes for interesting reading if you look at the graph :)
convert 1 US $ to zimbabwe dollars (http://www25.wolframalpha.com/input/?i=conver+%241+to+zimbabwe+dollars)
EDIT: It even fixed my spelling mistake!

Weird. I don't get this.
http://www25.wolframalpha.com/input/?i=1+USD+in+ZAR
Shows current exchange rate for USD, so we're looking at around R8.63 per USD.
http://www25.wolframalpha.com/input/?i=1+Zimbabwe+dollar+in+ZAR
Shows current exchange for Z$, so we're looking at around R36.99 per Z$. HUH?!?! WTF?
That can't be right.

Unless the Zim Reserve Bank cut another 9 or so zeroes?
Does seem a bit fishy. Wonder what their source for the info is? It is like wikipedia where users submit the content I wonder.

I thought it was hitchikers guide to the universe. The book by Douglas Adams, later turned into a pretty lame movie. They totally played down the role of a towel :( I enjoyed that series of books as a kid.
The Dirk Gently series wasn't as good though. Not compared to Harry Potter anyways!
