View Full Version : Routesentry sucks WRT54G's p00n

OKay so im running windows 7 on my desktop boxxen and its running like a little moose(one with a skunk chasing it)
Anyhooser what I was getting at is that although you can eventually convince routesentry to work its a real pain in the butt and stuff.

So I go digging through my garage to find my old faithful WRT54GL linksys router.
Smack together the routing scripts that gatecrasher and co from the Myadsl forums wrote and voila I now have a router that dials up, does connection splitting, wireless and DHCP.
Seriously its the only way to actually split traffic, connections stays up and you dont need to configure anything.
Even my cellphone has routed traffic now when I connect to it :p

Dear user,
No it wont, you have a netgear router that doesnt have a WAN port to do the dialling.
Im still trying to figure out a way to create a virtual adapter and then see if that works.

i USE ipcop ON A VM MACINE TO SPLIT LOCAL AND iNTERNATIONAL IF YOU WANT IT I CAN UP IT TO AN FTP SITE IF YOU WANT WIT A VIDIO SOWING YOU OW TO DO IT MAN DOES IT WORK. PM ME

Why is the video an .exe?
do you have to run it on a VM for all the machines? does it do DHCP? why not just smack it on to a pc on your network and let it run from there?

Yes run . exe its a movie trust me and yes it can do dhcp and yes you can run it on your ONE pc

Nope, you can run it on a separate machine, peeps just run it in VM when they don't have an extra old pc lying around...

these damn VM are what killed the local news servers, retards running 10 or more VMs each dialing a pppoe connection so they can have an extra 5 connecitons to the news server :mad:
