Crazy Rally Co-Driver

This is what happened from what I could see with my limited mechanical knowledge...

Bout a minute from the finish during a rally, the cable connecting the accelerator pedal to the engine snaps. Of course the only thing left to do was


Put the co-driver in on top of the engine so he could accelerate manually! :eek:

Ja, that also struck me as a bit unfair! Not wearing a seat-belt would have made him drive a bit more carefully :D

Typical French reliability though! Now they prob arrived at the garage to find that a new accelerator cable needs to be imported and will take 4 weeks to arrive.
