If the second link doesn't work when you click on it, just close the bracket in your address bar, then is works perfectly!

I've just watched the first episode.
It's not Band of Brothers, but so far it's having a similar effect.
I'm looking forward to the next one.

Don't get your hopes up.

Good episodes were few and far between. This was more of a "how the soldiers felt" mini-series than anything else. :meh:

What Voicy means to say is that the absolutely violent and appalling conditions of the pacific battles screwed with their heads, because it was so violent and stuff.... You'll make us think this was some touchy feely chick flick. :p

But don't compare the two, rather consider them to be two sides of the same coin; they are different.

Schneaky edit there, hoss.

I agree with you. Band of Brothers is the top side of the coin. The Pacific is the side with Zuma's face on it. :p

Watched four episodes.
I cannot relate or sympathise with any of the characters, i'm also struggling to build a relationship with them.

This is not BoB by a longshot - i will suffer all ten episodes if it comes to that, but from the first 4, it leaves quite a bad taste in my mouth.
Much like Flatty's mom.
