Went to see some Picaso here in Cape Town, but the smacktards would not let me take any pictures of his pictures. Theyre lank anal about it. Imagine that.... what would Picaso think? Copyright assholes. Anyways. There was a far more interesting work by Jane Alexander there, called the Butcher Brothers. Its really an astounding piece and I would recommend you all go have a look at whats up with it.

As I understand it, the reason you're not allowed to take pics is not so much copyright, but because flashes damage the painting over time (That's the excuse for the Mona Lisa at least).

correction doodi, its ALL about the copyright
like if you use a picasso pic anywhere in any form, one of the rules is nothing my cover anypart of the pic, so no letters headings anything may be added ...
had dinner with the curator of the french picasso mueseum, she blabbed on about it.
