Seeing as XBL traffic is free on my ISP and on slow days my connection can only download about 3Gb an hour, I figured I'd try out the latest demo's and give some feedback :rolleyes:
Dirt 2: Looks awesome, seriously the best graphics I've seen in a game. Plays pretty well as well.
Lost Planet 2: Another gorgeous one. kinda fun when you get used to the controls. If you like the first one then I'd say it's a no brainer. (It's a better Bionic Commando than BC ....)
Section 8: Hmm, graphically nothing special. It plays like tribes meets Halo, which is not necessarily bad, the gameplay is somewhat oldschool but the ambience is totally bland. Like with extra Space Marine Bland sauce.
Batman: Meh. A game so good looking, you suddenly realise how absurd it is to have a 6 foot tall dude in with a cape and 10 cm ears prancing around like a fairy fighting homocidal clowns with boomerangs. Get a gun dude .....
IL2 whatsisname ... uh .... I'll stick to flying in BF 1943.
I haven't DL'ed WET yet but stay tuned ;)
