So I hear about these things called Elite Skills (yes, yes... only just found out).

My question is. Where can I find some bosses to havest skills for a Wammo?

sit on the building at mashtuur city at the mosque spawn point and snipe the guys at the hill.. they never know where its coming from

You first need to decide which one(s) you want:

Then look up for that skill on the page above which bosses have it and go kill the one you thing you can reach easiest with a capture signet in hand. Then click the capture signet and there you go. Some elites are painless to capture, others are a real pain.
