Geez, these people with unlimited bandwidth. Sunny, Fallen - you do realize that looking at your 5 screenies would consume 2.5MB of bandwidth?

Get Irfanview (http://www.irfanview.com/)

Open your file > Save as.. > Save as Type > Choose Jpeg

You will see a little window offering you Jpeg/Gif save options
and a little slider from 0-100 with quality options.

Selecting 65% quality reduced my 1MB WoW screenshot to 256kb, a huge improvement on the file size with minimal loss in quality.

Rename the file when you save it so you don't overwrite the original.

You can mess around with the quality settings to find a setting that you are happy & compare the quality using Windows Picture & Fax Viewer - Irfanview defaults to the last used setting.

Enabling "save as progressive Jpeg" shaves off some more bytes.

I am not being nasty - I waste enough bandwidth on my own without my friends helping me :p

1. A pic as you enter the Abyss
2. The boss at one of the fortresses you have to capture, you need to assault the fortresses and take control of them to progress
3. A Balaur ship which drops lots of Balaur onto the battlefield
4. The scale of the environment is nicely captured here, similar to WoW BC

Such a small thing to ask for, a tiny resize....I do it with all the screenies I upload, out of respect for other people's bandwidth, but then, I guess, I know how to do these things :gyes:

Haha, bust :p BUT, if there was any possible way to make that song smaller I would have & if you use Firefox with any one of the gazillion media downloaders you could have grabbed that song when you listened to it.

I grab every video, or song, that I listen to when following any links to such media on the off chance that I like it. Then it doesn't waste my bandwidth if I decide I want to hear it 3 months down the line. If I don't like it I can always delete it.

When I have screenied a particularly beautiful scene in WOW & then gone to look at it, I always find the screenie doesn't do justice to the moving image we see.

I am sure that looks much better in motion, Gassie. Looks nice as is, but I am sure it would look fab in motion.

Yes, the screenshots are not even close to the game as one print screen cannot add the depth and quality you percieve in the moving screen. I will post a few more tonight.

Game looks awesome: I really think normal people just can't understand the addiction these games cause from stills - nothing can capture the beauty of a moving 3D image, combined with atmospheric music.

I don't understand your resolution, though, Gassie? You're obviously running a 22" wide, so why 1600x900?

Sabre I only just came back a week ago to Aion so I am not much further than I was. But for some reason it does feel a lil easier. Not really sure why maybe I was grinding to hard the 1st time round. Just playing more social now and loving my ranger to pieces. Also got ganked by one the other day an I really can see myself enjoying it at 50.

I actually ran past him last night on my way to the Handicrafting workshop. He is still doing his duty and asked about you. I can see all these foreigners are getting on his nerves as he nearly smacked the kid from turkey that kept on jumping around in the court yard.

I'm 47 Saint is 47 and Gassie is 49. I must admit I don't lvl as hard as I used to but for some reason I am starting to enjoy it. Very odd for me

128 million XP to get from 49 to 50 and most of this will require group work, so I will not be 50 quite soon. I am also taking it easy and playing some of my other chars.

The taste I have of Aion now is that it is very much GW - a.k.a. Gear wars. Gear makes an absolute difference but it aint easy to come by.

If someone is intersted, I have a friend that is lvl 49 that will is stopping Aion. I might be able to twist his arm for a "free" account.

My advice: Shave the nut, adopt an "I take no BS" attitude (EVERYWHERE) and watch the babes crumble at your feet.

AION is GW with a new skin - so you can just imagine what happens now. It is all about gear - gear - gear.

PVP is pretty awesome and we had a major offensive yesterday where we took back 2 fortresses from the evil Elyos.

Nope, We Asmodian on Gorgos and Elyos on Spatalos.

I have to say that Aion is for group play. I have been waiting a week now to get into a group for Dark Poeta (a lvl 50 Instance) and because I am an Assassin, it is next to impossible. I was even kicked from a group because the group had a Guildie that wanted to join, so the manners in the groups are not always that great either.
