Thought I'd create a thread for folks to inform others of outages etc as the NCSoft forums are lousy:

I have seen some lag issues over the last while and hopefully they are sorting a bit of this out?

Where did you come up with a 385MB update?

As you mentioned, I'm pretty sure it went on ahead and pulled a different region patch. The entire install is borked now.

This came straight from the auto installer after trying to launch the game like I do every other time. :unimpressed:

I got the same problem, says there was a problem with 1.5.0.9 patch so it reapplies the 1.5.0.10 each day ?!?

I cancel any updates and just choose "Play now" ... It seems as if there is something wrong with the NCSoft loader.

Thanks for the tip - I've loaded Win 7 on my pc, so I'll try the whole thing over from scratch and see what's what.
