If you want to go for that achievement, remember to practice your flight paths et al in normal mode first.
And you can type in /stopwatch to timeyourself.

timer starts when you kill the first mini-boss.

Well that instance will have to run a number of times. I see there are 4 or 5 achieve's linked to the glory of the hero meta (the one with the red proto drake reward)

If I play this right I can have my lock boosted all the way to 80 soon :D

Here is the achievement for the speed run.

I'll gladly help co-ordinate this run with you guys, but i book my raids with Ire a week in advance, so apologies if i'm not always available.

I'm not gonna lie, this achievement and Less-Rabi are two of the most difficult flippen achievements to get in the heroics dungeons, due to our lag, and luck. But they are still totally doable. On the night where we got the achievement, our group did it in under 18 minutes. That's with iLevel 213 or less gear.

Now with Triumph badge gear of 245, you should EASE through the bosses - the last boss, however, is a drake fight, and your gear won't help you if you don't know how to use the drake.
