Awesome game!

If you thought 1 was a flawed gem you'll love 2, I do I'm engrossed.

Decent story, depth, variety, it's all good. But what's UPlay, and should I care?

I have not gotten to this yet, first have to klap Batman.

Uplay is an ingame rewards system, buggy as hell, but has some nice features. Don't bother the theme if you in SA though, it's blocked

Assassins Creed II should be out for PC in the first quarter of 2010. I am so looking forward to it... except....

Sadly the old PC probably can't handle the (most likely) stupidly expensive requirements :(

Fable 2, baah humbug, that's so 2008 :p

Fable 3, 2010, project Natal, whohoo!

My wife and wallet are going to hate 2010 ....

Finished it last night ...

The butler did it :p

Really awesome game, I'm still fiddling around with some of the achievements.

There's also 2 DLC bundles coming which sound awesome.

I finished AC2 this weekend. Really a big step forward from AC1. Loved the game.

Achieves are pretty straightforward, only one i really struggled with was the one where you have to sweep 5 guards off their feet at the same time. Other than that - no worries.

That's cool to hear - I got bored with AC1 by the time I got to Damascus. :meh:

A simple way to sweep those 5 guards off their feet is to buy them all flowers and treat them to a romantic picnic. :psycho:

Nope. Many people believe "Fly Swatter" is missable - but you can replay the flying mission if you didn't do it.

Other than that - you can free roam to your hearts content after the story has finished.

I left the feather collecting until last. 100 feathers took me 1 day with a guide.

Awesome so no cheves like AC1 with getting all cutscenes and talking to the chick?
Love it! :D

There are one or two of those, like for "The truth". But I ignored those and the feathers, that's what youtubes for! ;)

Okay, noob question, Jupman, how'd you replay the Flying mission?

If you go into the DNA string you can replay missions from there.

PC specs for AC2 (http://www.1up17770.com/do/newsStory?cId=37)

The game will be coming on March 16, and will release in two versions: the standard version for $59.99, and a download-only "Black Edition" for $64.99. Both versions include the Battle of Forli and Bonfire of the Vanities add-ons that are coming to consoles for $4 and $5 respectively, but the Black Edition promises unspecified "additional content."

Of course, PC stalwarts may complain that their versions of games tend to cost $50 instead of $60. For some, the $9 of included DLC might not justify an extra $10 for the game. But powerful PCs should be able to press the fidelity of Renaissance Italy; it's much cheaper than a plane ticket to Europe, and the police there don't even let you stab people. Check out the specs below.
