Random Dungeon Finder

Had a few runs with this last night and so far I am really impressed. You need to do at least one full random each day to get your 2 emblems of frost but otherwise you can fill up groups with it.

I have done 5 so far and 3 were awesome, mostly because we had a tank that knew what they were doing. In one other the tank was OK but the DPSs were clueless.

Having a tank with lots of health is a real plus for healers as they soak up a lot of damage and are better at pulling aggro.

The biggest problem is that this will reduce the amount of guild runs that people are going to do as you get more tokens for running randoms.
Guild runs are nice because people actually care that you get the right loot while it seems that the rule in randoms is greed EVERYTHING.

A good way of speccing up though.

Yeah like anything it has its pros and cons. I havent had any epic fail groups yet thankfully. The Random Raid finder is intresting, i havent tried it yet. Anyone had any luck with it?

I think we will be using the random raid finder this weekend. Just to try it out, especially for the weekly raid thingamabob. What I have seen so far is we normally get one low geared dps with the random finder. So far no issues with need/greed yet and some nice people running with us.

We did stress out one healer though when he was the only random in our group and we kept pulling aggro off apie randomly. :D
