OK so my phone doesn't appear on the list (what the hell is having a phone with a WM OS any good for then) so how do we get an authenticator? Is there a place selling them locally that you guys know of?

No local vendors unfortunately.
Blizzard's distributor in SA (MI Digital) doesn't do Blizzard merchandise exclusively. And since the authenticator is not mandatory *YET*, it makes no sense for the distributor to start importing them.

Best bet is to look uncle Thumpy in the eyes and ask him to help a brother out. Or try the online store. Yes, try the online store, don't abuse my Thumpy.
