Anybody remember SiN? A FPS which came out at the same time as HL back in the heydays of gaming. Well, Valve has been working with Ritual to bring back the game via STEAM in an episode fashion available for purchase and download soon.

Read a nice preview (http://www.1up.com/do/previewPage?cId=3146740&did=1) of the game here.

Snippet :

"One thing it most definitely got right was that SiN feel, complete with commandoes rappelling down zip lines to attack you. And these guys knew how to fight. Their advanced AI lets them work together, use cover, toss grenades to flush you out and generally put up a good battle, or, at least they do if you're up to it. That's just one of the adjustments the ingenious dynamic difficulty system can make to keep the game tuned to your ability.

To help everyone -- from uber-hardcore to casual -- enjoy the game, every two minutes SiN Episodes assess how you're playing and adjusts to keep the play experience moving along. So, say you're nailing headshots right and left.

The game will start spawning enemies equipped with armored helmets. Along with keeping the game fun, it should add to the replayability. When you come back, knowing where things may happen, the game will see how you're cruising through and adjust to keep throwing tougher challenges at you."

Will this game standout amongst the already filled FPS market?
