New igame servers

Awesome igame came to the party and added an additional 3 servers!

Im surprised they did, EA has told all providers not to launch any new servers due to excessive load on their mainframe.
SGS have another 6 servers waiting to go live but arent allowed to launch them until EA allow it.

I was trying to connect to an iGame server today with only 10/16 players, even after a refresh & it tuned me I had problems with my network connection, yet I connected to SGS Hardcore one time?????

Yes, but a positive KD ratio is not worth that kind of suffering. I am 100.0% with TG on that one.

I played for the first time on Sat.. think it was hardcore mode, cause I died quite easy, but I killed a them pretty easily as well? Also didn't have a mini map or health display or anything... Was still fun though!
Hehehe my first kill as an engineer was a chopper with a tracerdart+rpg :psycho:

hmmm, tracer dart and rpg; your first kill? So thats not some thing you have to unlock then? I didn't see those options last night under engineer. I have alot to learn.

A Reccie has to be kind enough to plant a tracer on the vehicle for you to shoot it with a "tracer-dart" ready AT Rocket (not RPG), so there is no pure AT-only rocket that homes in on vehicles.

eh? On my engineer kit selection screen I can choose the tracer dart gun instead of the pistol.. I think you can choose the tracer dart instead of a pistol for any class?

And while not realistic... you CAN use the RPG-7 to lock on to tracers. The only rocket launcher that is not tracer compatible is the M136 AT4 (the one you can steer the rocket yourself)

You have to enter the unlock code under multiplayer to get the unlock for the tracer in the first place. Then you select it as your secondary weapon.
Otherwise you have to play a bit of engi to unlock it that way.

Didn't everybody who bought the game get those unlock codes? Or only the ones who pre-ordered?

You know I entered that redeem code but reading here what you okes are on about (and not having a clue) I think it didn't unlock. Are those unlocks that come with the limited edition supposed to be available immediately? Because mine ain't, all I see available for an engineer is some or other semi silenced weapon and a pistol. Granted I only played a couple hours and I really didn't go through the options menus. I only looked at what you can choose on respawn.

Only the limited edition got the unlock codes. Also if you're a veteran you get the one old machine gun (M1?) (which is awesome).

I think you need to get to your first rank before you get any unlocks though. It's actually a bit crappy, as a medic, you're not a medic until you get your health box unlock. And then your defibs later on.

OK noob I am. I found my unlock items last night. Didn't see that you can "personalize" your kit. BTW that recon shot gun is crap.

Yeah, Punky - I enjoy small doses of hardcore. Since I really can't hack the boredom of being a sniper, it doesn't phase me when the killcam gives away my position.

Thats because you are a camping sniper. A sniper rifle on hardcore is a 1 hit kill even if you shoot him in the little toe!
