Do Gaming BC2 Gaming League

Can we enter please? Our clan leader needs to enter us and we have until the 4th of April in which to do so.

I think it would be a good opportunity for us to show the rest of them what we're made of. I don't expect us to overwhelm anyone, but we should give them a good run for their money.

Perhaps then we could have selections for our team based on a Squad Death Match selection - there it just straight kills, which will ultimately determine the best of the best.

I am keen, I am sure quite a few of you are?

Min team size for the league is 8 players. Its hard to field 8 players even when you have a bunch of them on hand.

TG - there seems to be a problem with me joining WrG because of my previous BUD membership. I left the BUD's on the site but it won't let me join WrG because it says I need exclusive clan membership. Help please. I am registered under my same forum nick.

I don't know about this league thing anymore. Read a thread on the SGS forums about banning weapons for the league (m60, carl gustav and mortar strike for now). They are all a bunch of cry babies screaming this gun is over powered and that gadget kills too easy etc. The reason I stopped playing COD4 is exactly because of this. I play this game for fun and if I like to use the Carl Gustav against infantry then that's my choice. If they follow through on this, I'm out.

I have to agree with Org here , I want my unlocks, otherwise what's the point. I love my semi auto shotgun and if I can't use it , well then I'm out

Regarding the unlocks, it's exactly the same as BF2 clannies used to be. We always fell down because of that - you get too used to having a certain weapon, then along comes a clannie and you have no idea how to use the weapon you're given.

Anyways, I'm not sure how they can do it unless it's possible to physically choose which weapons are banned, as kits like Medic and Engineer are totally USELESS until the first major unlock! :D

The PKM is kak and the M60 is stupidly overpowered.
I can empty a clip of xm8 into a medic who turns around and shoots my face off with an m60. its kak and for girls to play with :p

I find with the M60 you can't just open up, you need controlled bursts otherwise the deviation is too much & you'll miss an oke standing right in front of you. Maybe it is a bit over-powered, especially since you can snipe snipers with it, but then again you stand no chance against a 40mm nade. I REALLY hate those 40mm nades because some okes have such a knack with them it's a one-shot kill - I can't seem to get it right.

When peeps are running around with their M60's pwning my ass I get mine & show them how it's done - if you can't beat them... I try not to play with it, though, because I already have a Platinum star so it really has no benefit any more.

Since it was my brilliant idea in the first place I think it would be responsible of me to volunteer for the position, unless of course somebody else wants to then they can, I am easy :)

Ok I have created a team for you guys, there is 5 players in it so far.
Flatty is team Captain/Manager, it will be his role to register the team and make all plans for teams to play others etc...

Generally with these things, they will give a time frame in which all teams need to play each other. It will then be up to all the captains to schedule games, times and cordinate with their team.


Also if you don't like the team name let me know and I can change it.
