Project Management Tools help needed

I'm busy trying to find a product online that will be useful in my company as well as for my private projects.

Features needed:
1. Must be web server based.
2. Must have gantt charting functionality
3. Must have discussion/forum functionality
4. Emailing of updates

Nice have to have:
Can log in to some sort of version control repository.
Can upload files and images.

There are so many packages out there but I'm wondering if the people here have any recommendations to speed up my research. Packages they have used in particular.

Pretty much fits all your needs listed, also compatible with ms projects.
