Healing Lesson #1: The funny 3 rules of healing:

Rule #1: If the tank dies, it’s the Healers fault.
Rule #2: If the healer dies, it’s the Tanks fault.
Rule #3: If the DPS die, it’s their own bloody fault.

Thats why when I am the healer and the tank is about to die, I pull aggro and die first. That way it is always the tanks fault. :)
