I think it was a clever idea from the beer company. I think they were nabbed and rightfully so. FIFA (the greedy bastages) own the rights to the event in every way and as such were protecting their "asset". If it were me I wouldn't have thrown the girls out because they looked fantastic and had no real advertising on their gear. Now the naughty beer guys are getting waay more coverage :psycho:

It is subject to much musing for me how dumb soccer fans actually are, that FIFA can pull all these stunts with them and still come out the winner.

Well, not that much musing, but if I had to be a soccer fan, after what FIFA pulled in the last two world cups, I wouldn't be one anymore.
