View Full Version : A4Tech 2000DPI mouse

hey all.
I finally decided to get myself a new gaming mouse. Was about to buy the logitech G5, but I noticed this: http://www.a4tech.com/en/product2.asp?CID=102&SCID=103&MNO=X-718F
Its a 2000DPI mouse, thats the same as the G5. It goes for R199, not bad compared to the R799 pricetag on the G5(at incredible coruption).

Anybody got experience with A4Tech?

i got an LED A4Tech still going after many drops, bumps etc for 3 years. :D so don't think there should be a problem... but i would still go to google and look for some reviews

brawler i got my g5 for 600 like 1.5 years ago, NOT FROM IC they suck balls, find it some where else, it can be cheaper

not sure about the 3xfire button thing, but the best reason i got g5, is 1) its logitec and made nicly, 2)it has in game adjustable sensetivities, which i need..


that a5 doesnt look bad tho !

I gotta say ... been using me G5 for like 2 months now, and I still cannot get myself to remember that da extra thumb button is for me pistol.
But ... me accuracy has improved mucho.
Then again ... was using a 200 DPI generic optical, so ... well.

shuddup wit your G7 :) I know it rawks, but a bit t0o pricy as i am also trying to get a X-Fi.

The problem is that most shops in EL are expensive, and of course they dont carry stock of high end goods like the G5/7, which normally takes forever to get here if i place a order. I think I might just try out this A4Tech

stoke use the thumb button for extra kit stuff (kit option 4), ie medic paddels, rpg, claymore ect..

and to get pistol from main is one scroll click up.

Ohh HELL no. I don't use mouse wheel for changing weapons. That's the quickest way to get me killed! :eek: :yikes:

LOL, use in conjunction with quick keys, i play funny, i switch betwean weapons all the time...

I just got a G5 that Nutmeg found for me for R600 in PE. She got it delivered to me in a day as well! LOL she's a gem. I live in pothc so it's half way across the country!. Anyhow if you want a G5 PE's not that far from EL. You could probably have it delivered in a day or two. She got this from Emerald computer systems / light edge technology - it says both those on the invoice. They're in William moffat retail park and phone (041)367-3062. Try them before you decide finally. Also try this guys possibly: Sorealsolutions (http://www.soreal.co.za/price.asp). I fyou search G5 on that page you'll see they have it for only R570.
