So how hard are these places and is it worth going there?

I know u have to pay 1k to get to to UW or FoW so... but what happens if u die? is there a respawn point inside the areas or once ur party dies that it?

Well,

How hard it is is a matter of oppinion.
If you die there(party wipes) you get booted out.
Also I would not recomend FoW to anyone that has not at least done 1 mill XP in other area's as this place is quite hard.
But not too hard if you know what I mean.
It also depends on what kinda character you play.
For a warrior I would say UW is harder than FoW
For a mesmer FoW is harder
For a Necro they the same
For a Monk they the same.
For a Ranger FoW is harder
Never tried a assasin nor a rit in there.
As a Ele i think you best not go ...

Yeah i need to find a place to make some gold i got a whole 10k (ok i do have some items worth 30k that i could sell) any nice places u can think of that will let me solo? i have a W/R Paragon gave me the build...

Well,

I guess you can try solo SF, though that is boring as hell
I sugest getting a monk and soloing UW
or a mesmer and doing the same

For quick cash that is not too hard, I think queen farming in the desert is the best option. Obviously, areas like UW give more cash, but only if you can survive long enough to make back the initial 1K investment.

I have been part of a three man team a number of times, either as the ele or the monk. The drops are pretty good from the minions and the queen sometimes drops a green staff.

I make about 8-10 k per run there.

Queen farming is fun, but she have NEVER dropped the damn staff for me. Since I got into GW around October last year I had a total of 1 green drops!

And to stay on topic, im looking to farm the UW tonight with my Necro any volunteers who wanna join me?

I'm using that build of yours (W/R) but i keep getting interrupter so can't heal much.

That is indeed your problem ..

That build cant do it .. (Well it can with great luck) and even then the queen is a monk she will outheal the damage you can try and do ..


I will hint towards using a mesmer/monk ...
