There's a new control panel jobbie thingymajig, which I think is the biggest new feature.
And numerous bug fixes etc - check out the release notes, they're quite detailed.

downloaded it...

installed it, after reboot my monitor turned itself of just before log on screen Re-installed it and it seemed to work, now BF2 wont run! CTD.

I prefer the old control panel, i cant even find a temperature gage on the new one.
